Alexander Harmsen MA Managing Director Alexander is the founder and managing director of Elinguanet who, after four years of teaching philosophy and literature at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver), 12 years of teaching English, and various business experience, provides training in a wide range of topics in the arts, sciences, and business sectors. He is currently half way through his executive MBA training at the lake Konstanz Business school and focuses his communication consulting on accounting, finance, strategy, and marketing and sales topics for managers.

Dr. Frank Müller Managing Director / IT Manager After his Mathematics and Computer Science degree in August 2000, Frank worked as a scientific researcher at the University of Konstanz and completed his doctoral thesis with the grade "Magna Cum Laude" in November 2005.

Markus Adam Regional Coordinator Markus brings years of communication, leadership, and project support experience, having provided fanatical customer support to clients as varied as the Deutsche Bundesbank, Huawei and HanseNet. Markus assures our clients that everything runs smoothly and is there to answer any of your questions or concerns.

Mita Berdais Senior Trainer As an English qualified Architect/ Project Manager, Mita worked internationally for over 10 years. In addition, she taught in England & Switzerland, managing teams to achieve continued learning & individually led goals. Mita's Asian roots give her a broader understanding of cultural values & additional insight to building communication bridges.

Matthias Boldt Project Manager A long-time US resident, Matthias returned to Germany in 1999 to begin his career in engineering. Starting as a product designer, he advanced to project manager of international automotive projects. In 2008 he earned his MBA in Konstanz, focusing on project planning and intercultural management. Now Matthias is putting his expertise to work managing your communication project.

Loren Lazarony Trainer Loren is a certified project manager from New York City. He has a degree in Business Administration and professional experience in the areas of finance, operations, marketing, HR, IT and events management. Since moving to Germany in 2007, Loren has provided quality business English and communications training to German professionals in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, engineering, construction and IT. He is married to a wonderful German woman and recently became a father to a baby girl.

Jacqueline McLaren Trainer Jacqueline has taught English in her homeland, New Zealand , and in Europe . After completing Business Studies, she also gained experience in policy development and implementation, real estate and property investing, and complaints management.

Susan Geugis Head Trainer Sue brings a wealth of language teaching experience and cultural awareness to the team. After studying Romance languages and Linguistics at the University of Leicester Sue left the UK to work in places like Paris, Toulouse and Los Angeles before settling near Konstanz.

Jan Scott Junior Trainer Janice is a business graduate from the University of Glasgow who has been teaching English in Oman, China, and Scotland since 2004. Her understanding of business fundamentals and her intercultural sensitivity make her a wonderful addition to our team.
